OLAER Charity Cycle Challenge 2012 for Médecins Sans Frontières

We are delighted to present the Olaer Charity Cycle Challenge (3C) 2012!

This long weekend challenge links two great European cities, London and Paris, covering aroundapprox 300 miles/ 482 km in just 4 days (starting at Wednesday 20th June, arriving at Saturday the 23rd June, leaving from Paris at Sunday 24th June 2012).

Our objective is to raise at least £100,000 for our chosen charity; Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors without borders

Médecins Sans Frontières’s core work is providing medical aid in crisis situations – armed conflicts, epidemics, famines and natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes. All these situations call for a rapid response with specialised medical and logistical help. Every year, MSF sends around 3,000 doctors, nurses, logisticians, water-and-sanitation experts, administrators and other professionals to work alongside approximately 25,000 locally hired staff.

Together they run medical projects in more than 60 countries around the world. Wherever the MSF-teams are working their goal is the same: to provide essential medical humanitarian aid to those who need it most, regardless of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. So please donate now!!
