UK Sales Manager Oil & Gas

Fawcett Christie Hydraulics Ltd. is the UK’s leading supplier of a focused portfolio of quality hydraulic products. Part of an international group of Companies, our plant in the North West manufactures a range of subsea and topside equipment for use in the Oil & Gas industry worldwide.

We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ successful track record in technical sales to make a mark in this dynamic and technically challenging market. You will have field sales experience and knowledge of hydraulic components and specific product training will be comprehensively provided. You will be results orientated with the communication, negotiation and presentation skills needed to make things happen.

You should be prepared to travel extensively throughout England, often away from home for two nights per week, and liaison with our international Oil & Gas group will be required from time to time. You will be a team player, able to communicate with customers at all levels and be comfortable with a ‘hands on’ approach if necessary.

Location is flexible but ideally, you will be located within a 50 mile radius of Birmingham and no relocation will be necessary.

Together with your experience and ambition, you should have a formal qualification in Engineering. An excellent remuneration package is on offer commensurate with age and experience.
