DUO2 oil filter unit

The DUO2 off-line oil filter unit is designed to meet the heavy demands from industry on clean oil. Off-line oil filters offer continuous filtration around the clock - operating independently from the main system to avoid differences in pressure and flow conditions - provide optimum hydraulic system accessibility. Increased system reliability and operating economy are two good reasons for considering the extra cost of fitting a DUO2 in your application.

Fields of application

Typical fields of application include hydraulic systems, lubricating systems, hydraulic presses, injection moulding machines and machine tools. When rebuilding a system we recommend installation of an off line oil filter.

Design

DUO2 is sized for low initial pressure drop across the filter element for the most economical filter performance.

The DUO2 filter is compatible with mineral oils, synthetic oils, turbine oils and essential oils. Standard sizes are 10, 20, 40, 60 and 80 l/min.
